Our privacy policy is simple: We will never share your personal information with anyone, except of course, with Linkpoint or Paypal and their shopping carts so we can process your payment. Also, your personal info will have to be given to the shipping service so they can deliver the package.

We will never send you spam. If you wish to be informed about new products and the like, you must e-mail us specifically requesting such.

We will always ask permission to use your comments for testimonials, and we will keep your identity private if you agree.

Return Policy

The record clamps have a fifteen day money back guarantee. If the product does not work in your situation, please contact us for an RA, ship it back to us and once we examine the prduct to ensure that is in new (no scratches, nicks, etc.) we will refund your money. All products must be returned at your expense and in new condition. The determination of new condition is our responsibility and our decision is binding. No product returned without an RA will be accepted.

As the power cables and power extension boxes are bespoke, there are no returns allowed on these products.

Of course, we will be fair and honest in all of our dealings with our valued customers, business associates and vendors.
